Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as received
- Items must be in original packaging with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase or receipt must be provided
- Items must not be damaged or altered
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
